A Court Records Investigation / Research is performed by attending a specific court location to investigate a specific search request. This includes all Superior and Ontario level courts. Files may need to be ordered and copies obtained upon request for an additional fee.
A Due Diligence Search Package is performed to obtain a complete understanding of all legal obligations associated with an individual, business or corporation across the country. Searches will reveal both present and historical information relating to debts and liabilities, pending and potential lawsuits, bankruptcy, liens, judgments, and sales of assets in Ontario. Due diligence searches are less intrusive or comprehensive then a background search.
An Estate & Probate Search is a ministry search conducted to locate and identify any estate file record for a specific individual deceased. Once file jurisdiction and court file number are identified, copies of any estate or probate documents including a Will can be obtained for an additional fee with required attendance to identified court jurisdiction. Estate files prior to and including 1976 will require a search in the Archives of Ontario.
GST/HST Search is conducted with the Government of Canada GST/HST registered database to verify registered GST/HST account details.

An Occupancy Check Involves the personal attendance to a residence to determine if the house is vacant or if someone is living there. If the home is occupied, to try to get the name(s) and the contact information of the resident(s). Check also includes a report on the condition of the property along with a picture of the property.
A Transport Canada – Civil Aircraft Register Search is conducted through the Government of Canada; Transport Canada Register to identify and locate and civil aircraft ownership by an individual or business (corporation) in Canada.
